Legal and Policy Implications of Canada's Proposed Artificial Intelligence Law
As part of our continuing focus on AI and broader legislative reform in the Canadian privacy and data arena, Adam Kardash lead a discussion about key aspects of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Act (AIDA), the AI statutory framework proposed by the Digital Charter Implementation Act, 2022 (Bill C-27).
