Osler’s Privacy Jurisprudence Review is now available

Osler's Privacy Litigation team has launched a new semi-annual publication, the Privacy Jurisprudence Review. This resource provides busy in-house counsel, chief privacy officers and compliance professionals with important updates on recent Canadian court decisions involving privacy considerations while helping to provide a greater understanding of evolving Canadian privacy law.

Comprised of case summaries accompanied by expert commentary from Osler litigation partners, the Privacy Jurisprudence Review is designed to help readers identify and understand emerging judicial trends. Readers will also gain insight into the potential practical implications of those trends for their organizations within a broader policy context of evolving privacy law.

The first edition of the Privacy Jurisprudence Review is now available online. We look forward to continuing to develop this publication in future editions, as a resource that complements material available to AccessPrivacy Knowledge Portal subscribers.
