Claire Feltrin

Claire brings a breadth of experience to helping guide organizations through the changing landscape of privacy and data security. She advises clients on a wide range of e-commerce, cybersecurity and consumer protection issues – from assisting with data breach responses and interacting with regulatory authorities to proactive security reviews and drafting of policies and procedures. Claire also has litigation experience in privacy class action defence and frequently advises on e-commerce and marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with Canadian anti-spam and consumer protection legislation. She is currently an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Privacy and Access to Information Law Section. Previously, Claire held positions at the Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner of Canada and the Centre for Law, Technology and Society in Ottawa.
